Shipping, shipping costs

DHL, UPS and PostNL are our shipping partners. Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Delivery time approx. 1-5 days. (depending on the destination).

Shipping to Switzerland

As we ship our products from a country within the EU, there are sometimes additional costs for customs and VAT when importing into Switzerland.

1. customs clearance costs *
   16 CHF basic fee + 3% of the value of the goods (invoice amount plus shipping costs) for imports with an invoice value over 200 CHF
   
   
2. Swiss VAT will be charged on import *
   The value of the goods PLUS the above-mentioned customs clearance costs result in the value from which VAT is calculated. This is 2.5% for the import of food supplements into Switzerland. Shipments with a value of less than CHF 200 are generally exempt from VAT..

 

Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)

As we ship our products from an EU country, additional import charges, such as customs duties and VAT, may apply to deliveries to the UK.

1. customs clearance charges *
   Customs clearance charges may apply when importing into the UK. These are usually levied by the courier or postal service and typically amount to around £12–£20, depending on the carrier. Import duties may also apply to shipments with a value above £135.
   
   
2. UK VAT is charged on import *
   VAT in the UK is 20% and is calculated on the total value of the goods including shipping costs and any customs clearance costs.
   Shipments with a value below £135 (including shipping costs) are usually exempt from import duties, but VAT may still be charged.
